The room was nice and clean, our bed was comfortable and the kids seemed comfortable on the sofa bed. Plus, the staff at the front desk were great, they helped us with everything we needed and were really friendly....

The location is ideal, just a short walk from Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Rooms are modern, with a safe, coffee maker, and a spacious private bathroom. Excellent breakfast with a great variety including English favorites. The fitness center offers a sauna and steam room which were amazing. A solid choice for anyone visiting London.

The location is ideal, with several tube stations and great eateries nearby. there was a hiccup with room cleaning when requested via WhatsApp, which was promptly addressed by attentive staff. the use of cardboard cups for hot drinks was inconvenient.
